DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) assigns the seller responsibility for carriage and export, transit and import clearance to the agreed destination, including applicable duties and taxes. We coordinate the services set out in your written quote. Before booking, we confirm the importer of record, required registrations and documents, and any product restrictions for your destination. DDP does not remove local import requirements.

Common questions
+Is DDP legal?
DDP is an Incoterms rule that requires the seller to meet the destination's import requirements, declare the goods correctly and pay applicable duties and taxes. We confirm the goods, documents and import arrangement before booking. DDP cannot replace a required registration or permit.
+Who pays the duties and taxes?
Under DDP, the seller bears applicable import duties and taxes under the agreed contract. Our written quote sets out the charges and tax arrangement. The buyer must still assist with required information and documents; DDP does not waive local registration requirements.
+Is there a minimum shipment for DDP?
No. DDP works from a single carton (about 21 kg) to full containers. Small shipments move via our DDP air and express lines; bigger volumes go DDP sea — the reference rates above show both.
+DDP or FOB — which should I choose?
DDP can simplify coordination when the seller can lawfully complete import clearance. FOB applies to sea or inland-waterway shipments when the buyer arranges the main carriage and import clearance. Compare the named delivery point, responsibilities, required documents and written scope before choosing.
+What products can't ship DDP?
Regulated goods (batteries in bulk, food, cosmetics, medical devices) need special handling — some we can do with extra documents, some we'll honestly tell you to ship another way.
+Why is your DDP price higher than someone else's?
Compare the transport mode, service scope, duty treatment and supporting documents in each quote. Under-declaration can lead to additional duties, penalties or seizure; liability depends on local rules and each party's role. Ask for a written breakdown rather than judging by the headline price alone.
