+How much do you charge?
A transparent commission of 3–8% of order value depending on scope: 3% if you already have a supplier, 5% if we find one, 8% for the fully-managed package with 100% inspection. Inspection and 30 days of storage are included. See Pricing for the complete fee list — if a fee isn't there, it doesn't exist.
+Do I need to come to China myself?
No — everything runs remotely: quotes by email/WhatsApp, progress by photos and video, approval by inspection report. But if you do visit, we'll meet you at the airport and take you to the factories. Many clients plan a trip once they scale up.
+Can you handle small orders or low MOQs?
Yes — it's one of our specialties. We consolidate small orders from multiple suppliers into one shipment, so you can start with a few hundred dollars of goods. Many long-term clients literally started with one carton.
